Deniz came late to appointments, she didn’t have the right equipment (didn’t have a moisture reader to take moisture readings), didn’t know how to match floors, etc! Insurance was held up for days by her not submitting work in a timely fashion. Very happy to have hired another contractor to do the rebuild."

"Jeff and his team did a wonderful job on our remodel (1600 square foot 1967 ranch). We had painted popcorn ceilings that need to be skimmed as well as some new construction with fresh drywall that required blending into existing walls. All of it needed to be textured to match existing finishes. Jeff is an old school contractor that knows the ins and outs of drywall. His pricing was fair and the quality of the finished project was outstanding. He stayed on schedule and his crew left a clean and useable worksite. I would use him again in a minute. You don't need a permit to replace drywall if you're just swapping out old panels without making any structural changes. If you're keeping the wall positions the same and not moving any electrical or plumbing, you can go ahead without a permit. However, if your project involves adding or removing walls or altering the home's infrastructure, you'll likely need to get a permit, which can add $50 to $150 to your costs.
