The gentleman who reviewed my home and the work that needed to be done used no pushy sales tactics, came up with quotes for several different options and price tiers, and was actually informed and experienced regarding the work to be done. This standard held for every person I met from their staff, from the office to the on-site contractors. Everyone was responsive, friendly and very helpful. My house was completely sided in Hardie Plank, fully up to Hardie's specifications, replacing some aging LP recalled planking and T1-11, along with correcting several emerging structural issues, including a completely rotten corner. The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work. "We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were lovely to work with and I felt as if they were treating my home as if it were there own...and the results showed it. This was an expensive remodel that we had been saving for for several years...to find such a great group to work with and see such terrific results was great. I would recommend them to anyone."
