They kept postponing the work, saying they were busy. Rainboy comes out to do the work when they say they are going to. They are very prompt, and easy to make appointments with. I still purchased a different type of tree to replaced the dead one. On delivery day, since I had the hole ready for the new tree, the planting went fast. They spent no time making sure the dirt around the new tree roots was packed down. This should have been done. My appointment was in the morning, and finally I called at noon and was told they should be there shortly. Well finally I called again at 2:30 to find that they hadn't left with my tree yet.
