"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. "Hillsborough Irrigation has had the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with. After installing my sprinkler system and taking my $3k they have been unable to help me with anything else. I signed a service contract with them to open and close my system. I have been waiting for two months to get an appointment to open the system. They are now saying it will be July before they can open it. Does that sound like a company you want to work with. If you are looking for some to help with your irrigation needs I would highly recommend you DO NOT use Hillsborough Irrigation."

"I had used them to perform work in my backyard last year. They installed three zones with multiple heads the total bill was 1k. They did a good Job. I recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in the front. I had asked to set a time to have this fixed along with some other things but since they can't schedule in a timely manner they called at the last minute and said they are in the area so I said fine please replace the one sprinkler head in the front. They gave me a bill for $170 dollars. It took the person 10 minutes. In that $170 they charged me $50 for a sprinkler head that cost $7 dollars. I complained and the secretary told me this is what it cost for two men to come onsite. I didn't asked for two men to replace one sprinkler head. I won't be using them again!"

"After receiving subpar work and constantly not getting things right for several years such as setting the sprinklers to only 1 .5 minutes instead of 15 minutes and forgetting to turn some of my zones on, sprinkler heads constantly breaking, they decided I cant renew my contract because there is a very strict deadline to do so. I left 3 messages in the past 2 months which were also never returned. I was a good customer who bought a sprinkler system from them as well as a new pump for my well, I was also planning to have them drill a new well for me this year. Stay away from A&C not worth the headache"
