"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"I like them a lot. I thought the agent that came out was very good. He gave me I thought a good estimate with all the factors taken into account. There was a woman at the office that I was going to go look at fencing. Unfortunately, I broke my leg and I have a cast on; I haven't been able to get there. So far I can say the company I think is very highly rated. The cost varies according to requirements. I haven't gotten a solid estimate. I've taken a look at other things but nothing that I would compare to them. On pricing, I think they're fair. "Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. I had a substantially sized exterior wood perimeter fence that needed to be stained via spray application. 3D was very responsive, good communication, and the fence looks great. "They arrived within an hour of their appointment time.  They estimated that the heap would possibly take up 3/4 of their truck before beginning work.  They loaded the truck as efficiently as possible and crushed items to fit better.  In the end, my hauling needs were their entire truck, but they informed me before getting to that point.  They did load the largest and heaviest problem item first without complaint or excuse.  They also did additional clean-up of small things that had fallen, rather than leaving them littering the yard.  Very happy with that extra step.

"I'll start by saying the end result is beautiful, high quality, and exactly what we want.
We signed a contract with Paragon in late April 2015, after talking with several contractors and choosing from many options.   We purchased our home on April 1st, and immediately wanted to get going on a new kitchen and an open concept family room.   Our house was built in the early 1950's, so it has good bones.  The kitchen area was OK, but certainly not what we wanted.   Our goal was to tear out a wall and combine the old kitchen, small dining, and den/office spaces, creating an open concept area.   We had to remove a 25 foot load bearing wall.
I won't say that we had zero issues or challenges, but I will say that we were able to work through all of them and we now have the space, even better than we initially expected.  The Paragon team came up with additional ideas to improve the look and functionality of the space, before and during the process, that we had not thought of before.
Mark Malinowski was our project manager.  He was great!  He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. He kept the project flowing by scheduling the right teams at the right times.  The teams of people he had working in our home were all professional and kept our home "picked up" and livable during the entire process.  
After spending a few months working with designers for the kitchen, an engineer who did drawings, and getting all of the necessary permits, the "visible work"  actually began when they started the complete demolition the first week of August.  
We were pretty much without a kitchen until the beginning of October, however made great use of a small office refrigerator and 2 outdoor grills.  (Marc at Top Line Appliances in Westfield is very knowledgeable and great to work with).
We had planned for a house full of family for the Thanksgiving weekend, and Mark and his team worked hard and were able to have the entire space ready for us a few days before, which made us very happy.
The overall process took many months, but the actual construction was about 14 weeks which is right on schedule with what was quoted at the beginning of the project.   Once things in the house started moving, they went very quickly.
