He was done within 20 minutes maybe. Reasonable price for us saved us the pain of getting under sink to replace our faucet . Will call again for any other plumbing repairs. For sure. "Edgar the owner and his crew did A1 job. The Job was a 12 hr. Job running. All new HOT water (6) lines ,and New Tankless Water heater. Got all New Hot water lines replaced with nex water lines. Had to run lines through the attic,and down the inter walls to the New Water Heater. Edgar is very knowledgeable in ALL Plumbing and gas Problems. He listens to every question .you asked!! "The tech called to say he’d be 30 or so minutes - which was great, but he actually took over an hour and fifteen. Kind of disappointing because obviously the customer has to put everything on hold until the job gets done. Other than that though, I used Angie’s list and requested quotes from several plumbers and had my mind set on a different one, but icon emailed and texted first (I appreciate texts over any other method of communication). I asked for a quote over text and they were responding in real time with a quote a little below my expectations. Then I received a call to finalize and they showed up a few hours later. The guy was respectful, knew what he was doing, and had it done inside an hour. He did a much better job than I would have - very clean. He explained everything and had me sign digitally (nice) and was gone. I will definitely call them again."
