"Working with TLC was a pleasure, from the first visit to check on my situation and provide me with advice and options to when they finished the job.  They had a quote for me within a day, and it was comparable with the other quotes I had received.  When I gave them approval they began work right away.  The technician David did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and did an excellent job with installation and clean up. I had some duct work done also as my current supply and return was inadequate, this has really helped in cooling the house down quicker than before.  They even provided me with a portable A/C to help cool the house while they performed the work.  I would highly recommend TLC as they are very professional and also have a nice 5 year warranty on labor if any issues arise.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
