"I have a mini split hvac system that suddenly stopped cooling my air. TLC came out, put a fluorescent material in the system to detect any leak in my stem. When the tech returned to see results, he looked in 2 of the 4 cassettes, advised me both were leaking, and any replacement was not compatible the existing condenser unit outside. This procedure costs me just short of $1000. The cost to replace the entire system would be about $22,000. I called another hvac company that replaced the 2 cassettes that TLC said were leaking (no compatible issues) and the system worked fine until again no cool air! The 2nd company returned and tested (previously untested units) the final 2 units and discovered a leak in one. At my request, they replaced the last 2units. My final cost was about $14,000. TLC should have reimbursed the cost of their misdiagnosis $1000. They not only misdiagnosed the issue, but lied about the compatibility of the new cassettes"

For reference: lawn was aerated and fertilized, sprinkler head replaced, irrigation line run to attach to existing line, Excavated existing sprinkler valves, repaired diaphragm on leaking valve, installed new devices 6" above highest sprinkler head. Again, great people to work with and will definitely use them again!"
