"We are Jake and Karley Deck and for many years have been aware of the importance of the quality of our water. As a Military couple, we have kind of lived all over. We’ve experienced it all, from super-soft to super-hard. After about a year here in El Paso, it became overwhelmingly apparent that our family’s comfort and health was being negatively impacted by the local water. "There was a problem with my roof that they made an error and I ended up getting water that leaked into my roof. So they ended up doing all of the drywall themselves for no cost for all of the damage they caused. I used to get a leak out of that duct before I got the work done and I haven't had it since. That was part of what they were supposed to do. The duct work was the return from the air conditioning/ heater that is on the roof and it goes into the house. When I bought the house there was a slight leak in the connection from the duct to the roof. It wasn't it a huge problem but it was enough of a problem. I lived with it for about a year but I ended up wanting to get it done. What happened was when they replaced the duct one of their workers didn't seal up around the duct work and then it rained and that is what damaged the the rest."

"The kitchen and bath were simple for the repairman. Both now drain extremely fast. The washer drain was a different story. The rubber hose holder that sits atop the drain had been pushed down to the p-trap and wedged in so tight that the whole drain had to be cut out since the plumber, Beau, was going crazy trying to figure out what could be wedged in there since he could not break through the plug with his drain clearing tools. After he repaired the drain he commented that there was no other alternative to clear."

He will estimate for you and is honest about things he cannot do like backhoe work, but, he will suggest people that have the expertise to help and give you choices that do not pressure you. The owner is a great guy. I highly recommend them. Honest work and a reliable company. The well has been working flawlessly for 15 months now supplying 20,000 year old crystal clear sweet water."

"My well went out January 22nd. Within an hour Kuckleman showed up and replaced the above ground pump switch. Well began to work again and then went out after an hour, so at 6:00pm a supervisor showed up and determined the pump had failed, it was over 15 years old so was not surprising. The next day a crew was back in the morning with a crane to pull the pump. After removing dead rabbits from the housing, the above ground culvert was damaged which had allowed the rabbits to fall into the well housing,  they removed all the existing piping in the housing, pulled the pump which is 500+ feet below ground replaced the pump and a few 20' lengths of the most corroded piping. We discovered that the electrical wire going from the well head to the pump was a horrific patched mix of solid and stranded wire. Worried that this would not hold up much longer it was replaced with new stranded wiring. They dropped the pump and then re-ran and re-routed all the pipework in the housing so that the housing was a lot more accessible, laid gravel and then replaced the damaged above ground entry. Through the whole process, which lasted all of the 23rd and the morning of the 24th, when I had guests arriving, they worked really hard and were more than happy to answer all my questions as the work proceeded. All of the crew/staff that I dealt with were delightful, friendly and helpful. Could not have happier with their work. <br />"
