"Fire victims: Beware of construction company tactics hindering your recovery by delaying project completion & prevent you from obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy that is required to obtain a refinance loan after a fire. Please verify credentials of anyone working on your project is fully licensed with the Contractors State License Board, provide their legal name (not an alias), & operate from a legitimate business address rather than a P.O. box. Avoid contractors who rely on subcontractors, as they may attempt to shift blame. Never take loan or financing advice from them. Insist on written contracts & keep detailed email records of all communications & agreements. Make sure they comply with state & federal laws, especially asbestos. In my case, Joseph Sastiel abandoned my project for the loan to default. Thank GOD I am still in my home to defend myself & my family. Finally, our trial is 12/1/2025. Despite his attorney?s threats to appeal, I look forward to seeking justice."

"Neftalí and his staff were amazing! I had water damage in one of my bathrooms at my home which affected adjoining walk in closet and laundry room. He was quick with his work but did not compromise quality. We walked every step of the way together. He gave me every advice along the way that was easy to understand, and he was transparent about everything. His cost was the best of all the contractors I’ve interviewed. I would highly recommend him and his company. In fact, I will be using him for all future renovations and handyman work. "Worst experience ever. Extremely unorganized, didn't communicate timelines properly or project expectations, missed every deadline, and had to redo a portion of the work. There were several mishaps throughout the project, and we feel that we were lied to in terms of their expertise. Our built-in bench, the dimensions were off, my feet dangled when I sat down , and the finishing was so horrible that we had to call and pay a professional plaster guy to redo their work. The door they installed didn’t shut properly, the paint was uneven & the walls were cracking. They moved our gas lines for the furnace and didn't hook up the gas properly before they enclosed the walls. They threw our custom crown moulding in our bedroom in the dump during the demo, and had to get it custom made again, and it's not an exact match. They didn’t separate the electrical lines or add new lines during the remodel but added to our existing lines which caused a short circuit and our lights to flicker for weeks."
