"The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

"The contractor was excellent. We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00. One month, AEP actually owed us $15.00.  Given the size of our house (1400 sq. ft.) and our usage, we expect to reach break even in 4.5 years.  Given that the panels are good for 25 years, I'll realize a profit for 20.5 years. "They came when they were scheduled. I had them do a variety of electrical installations (4 outdoor lights, bathroom vanity lights, a range hood, and some worn out switches). The main electrician did good work. His helper wasn?t nearly as good. The lights he installed outside either didn?t work or caused the breaker to trip. I had to call them to come back, which they did, but they didn?t seem too happy about it. I would only recommend them if John did all the work."
