"I appreciate MacFarlane quickly fixing a mistake on their end. We ran out of oil since the prior tenant's request for "will call" oil deliveries vs. "automatic" was still attached to our address in MacFarlane's system. MacFarlane sent a service man out within an hour to temporarily replenish our tank, and later reversed the service charge once I called to explain. It took me three attempts, but when I reached the correct person he quickly and painlessly set things right. Good to know they are straight shooters. I will remember it."
