"Making the decision to replace windows on your home can be scary. I had 2 other companies come out before Pace and I picked them for they were willing to work with me on all issues. Sales representative Mark S. did a excellent demonstration on their product and was willing to take the time to answer all my questions. I was able to do back of my house (6 windows) in Fall of 2017 and front of house (8 windows) in the Spring of 2018 making it easier to come up with the money which I would owe. Their price was lower then the other companies and their customer service was excellent. Jessica in the office helped with any questions I had and the installers both times Fall and Spring did a great job. They have an excellent Lifetime Transferrable Warranty. If I did not believe in this company I would not have written a review on Angie's List. Very pleased with all that was done and with product and highly recommend this company. :)"

"Joe O. from Allstate along with Karen L. from GAF Energy did a thorough evaluation of our old roof and clearly explained the new roofing and solar options - they took the time to answer our questions and made sure we understood what would be involved, how much it would cost, and which rebates and tax credits we qualified for. Allstate arranged for all the permits and inspections required for the project, so everything was ready when the work began, and all the appropriate inspections were performed as needed. The project took just over 1.5 days to complete. The roofing crew was very careful to do a good job - they were very hard-working, and made sure to thoroughly clean up the site when they were finished. GAF sent experts to train the crew in working to integrate the solar panels into the roof, since this is something relatively new here. We were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved in the project, and the care taken to giving us the best possible result (they even made sure we arranged to have our LeafFilter system removed before they came so it wouldn't be damaged by the roof tear-off). Joe O. from Allstate has followed up with us several times since the project was completed to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and to answer any questions we might have. We are very pleased with the end result of this project. The roof looks great, and it's very nice to not have water dripping into our bedroom when it rains! We are looking forward to seeing how much our electric bill is reduced by using the solar panels. The panels are part of the roof, so they aren't raised above the roof - they look great and fit in well with the roof! Although the project cost was higher than just adding another layer of shingles over the old roof, we believe the value received was well worth the amount we spent. "Having done family and rec rooms, we have an eye for and appreciate fine quality workmanship. As age increases however, patience and abilities decline. Joel Sullivan not only advised but provided us with extremely skilled craftsmen and superior vendors in remodeling our master bathroom. Everything is done top notch! Joel was the first contractor we interviewed when we decided to remodel our bathroom. His explanation and attention to detail are excellent. Within a short time, we knew that he was the one we wanted to work with. Joel's price was fair and comprable with two other contractors. What we liked about him, was that he listened to us and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want to do. Joel informed us that it would be a while before he could get to us as he was booked. Definitely is worth the wait! We met Joel in May and the work was started in late October and completed within the 2 week time period promised. Actually, we were quite happy to have ample time to pick out tile, cabinetry, bathroom hardware and plumbing accessories. We are not people who like to be rushed. Joel advised us along the way on plumbing choices and saved us money which was greatly appreciated. Each morning when he arrived, Joel would ask if we had any questions. At the end of each day, Joel would tell us what to expect the next day. Communication was always excellent be it phone, text, email or in person. Additionally, Joel and his crew were always punctual and extremely neat. Derrick and Kevin part of his crew, are excellent and meticulous when it comes to tilework as is Joel himself. Since completing our bathroom, we have recommended Joel to fellow neighbors who are interested in having work done. They too have decided that he is the contractor for them as well. "They did six windows. It was an old house, and a lot of problems. They fixed everything. The wall was behind a wall. Its a really old house. They put in more installation for us. The addition they had to straighten them up, before the windows. It was quite a bit."
