I have been building projects for 40 years and have worked with countless crews, some were good but most were lacking in workmanship, professionalism, and/or respect. Parks and his team worked closely with me, giving me support with my doubts, respecting my decisions, and finishing up within my deadline. All the guys were friendly and were able to answer my questions right away or got back with me quickly. Parks always had time for me, no matter what I needed, and I would definitely recommend him and his crews to anyone. They never left my worksite messy, and they showed up on time and stayed late to finish. The roofers were Spanish speaking which was difficult at times concerning communication, but everything worked out better than I expected. Good people, great job!!!"

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
