"We hired Solid Rock Flooring and Painting for flooring installation and wallpaper removal. The project started and ran late with poor communication throughout. Work areas were often left messy, both bathrooms were taken out of service at the same time, and no final walkthrough was performed with some work left unfinished in the bathrooms. When issues were raised throughout, the main contractor behaved very unprofessionally, including one time in front of our daughter. Additionally, items went missing from our garage following a dump run, and responsibility was never fully acknowledged. While the flooring subcontractors did excellent work, we would not recommend this company due to the main contractor?s lack of communication, professionalism, and quality."
