The person who came into the house, literally came in with a hand held small spray bottle like the one you buy at the store, and sprayed in 5 locations inside the house. When I called to report that I still have roaches, I left numerous messages for Richie, but he never called me back. Even though they claim the service is "guaranteed" I can assure you that getting them to come back to fix their work will be impossible. Worst service I've ever seen."

Ended up being a squirrel up top of the chimney screen making the noise, sending the vibrations down to the bottom. He showed me the pictures to show everything was clear and closed off. He didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need. They also texted on their way and showed up when they said they would. Polite and professional. "
