Provided a video and had the problem fixed right this time in about .5 hours. I can truthfully say I have a new plumber. Iâ d recommend this man and his company to anyone I cared about and anyone who wants an honest plumber and human being. "The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise.
