I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. "There was a small leak several months after they installed the flat roofs, which apparently was a caulking issue. BRyan came out and fixed it and there was no leak thereafter into the room below. They gave a 20 year warranty so I wanted an inspection this year to keep the warranty valid. Bryan came out again and was very thorough in his inspection of the three flat roofs that they installed the previous year. Everything looked good. I am very happy with Tycos. Also the owner Christine whom Iâ ve exchanged emails with is very prompt in her responses and courteous.Itâ s nice to know that they will back up their work! PS. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

You will regret paying less for poor quality gutters and guards. (and a poor install)
Ivan will work on your home,as if it was his own.
I have 4200sq foot home and I had a full re-do completed.
I live in an area with tons of trees and not having gutter guards, is not an option.
The most expensive guards are rated #1 in consumer reports, and the rest are just not as good.
