Tom was extremely responsive and helpful, and even though they don't do roofing repairs (only full replacements), Tom sent his foreman over to patch our roof as an emergency short-term fix while we looked into options for having the old roof replaced with a TPC membrane. There have been heavy rains in the meantime, and the temporary patch has saved us from taking on more water and causing further damage to drywall and floors. We were impressed by Certified's professionalism and responsiveness, and we would have hired them to do the full roof replacement, but they had a 2-3 week backlog due to all the rainy weather, and we needed the work done sooner than that."

Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. "Trustworthy--We live overseas and contacted RIBA when our tenants called about water coming from the ceiling. RIBA was there same day. Diagnosed problem, dried out the area, and worked with tenant and us to create a plan, fix, and remediation. Outstanding communication- pictures, text, emails at time of diagnosis, during the repair and at completion. I knew what was happening at every step. When tenant lumped in several other requests for unrelated "fixes" RIBA provided a fair assessment as to what needed to be done vs what was nice to have done.
