These asbestos containing materials are the most common, there are numerous other materials. Inspections are the best way to find out for sure. Mold Removal: During mold remediation / removal, the drywall may need to be removed. If that is the case, the studs are sprayed and scrubbed down with shockwave anti-fungal / anti-bacterial disinfectant. Then they will be sprayed with aftershock fungicidal sealant, which helps to ensure that the mold will not return.
