"Long story short, I cannot say enough about Gary, his crew, and the work performed. A+. Communication was a breeze - Gary was very responsive. He and his crew were here for most of the day (roughly 8 hours I think) and the window and the well look, no lie, awesome. Quality work. "Prompt Professionalism.
Initial contact via phone... guy came out same day. Indicated it would be late in the afternoon; however, they had a cancellation and called to see if they could accommodate me sooner.
I jumped at the opportunity.  Technician installed the locks, (I purchased) and made sure I understood how to use the keyless entry as well as how to enter/change codes at will and the added bonus was his willingness to key both keys so I would not need to carry around a key for front and back entrances.
