He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure. I often do not respond to unknown names or numbers. In fact, the first two times the tech called I did not answer because a strange company name came up not Zoom. The other thing was pricking I felt they were high almost $280 to clear my drain using a snake. The tech was on time friendly cleaned up after himself and prepped the area to avoid leaks. My problem was resolved quickly."
