"Great work. We have a large shower with natural stone and were constantly fighting mold despite weekly cleanings. Kevin and Jonathon came in and took care of it all. They were on time and super professional. I had originally been quoted for a color sealant, but they determined that it just wasn't adhering the right way so they changed to the clear sealant. They know what they are doing and know the best product for the job, which ended up being less money. My shower looks great and I'm so happy I went with them. I also had two areas of tile/grout fixed at back and front door and that was extremely well done as well."

"Tigele did an amazing job on replacing the tile for my bathroom and kitchen floor. I have an old house that was built in the 20s and remodeled by an owner / DIY'r in the 90s. Everyone of my home reno/repair projects comes complete with a set of tricky circumstances and surprises, and this one was no exception - uneven floors, poorly installed floor tiles, wacky plumbing and a poorly constructed new bathroom vanity. Tigele handled it all with perfection. They brought a large crew on day one and had all the demo in the full bath and kitchen completed in one day. They went above and beyond to straighten out floors, walls, electric and plumbing so that the job would be done correctly. And the tile job was phenomenal. I picked a tricky, thin porcelain tile for the bath and they made it work. Very pleased with the finished product. The work effort involved to do this right is no joke. Johann and his crew worked tirelessly to get things right. It's messy, loud and requires patience on all sides, but Johann and his team are true professionals. They do quality work, stand by their work and I will definitely work with them again."

"The estimator, Mirek Duda, measured twice (so his guys would only have to cut once), and the installers arrived on time. They were very professional, taking great pains to make my countertops looked perfect. I had asked for the piece cut out for the sink to use as a cutting board, and the guys at New Stone Design agreed. Unfortunately, they forgot the cutting board, and were short one small backsplash piece (of less than 1 sq. ft.). They agreed to return in "a day or two," but I had to wait more than two weeks and four or five follow-up calls for that to occur. Mirek eventually had a new installer bring the cutting board and the backsplash. He arrived exactly as agreed, so all was forgiven. I am very pleased with my new Quartz countertops. The price was right, and the quality is top notch. I would recommend New Stone Design to all in need of new countertops."

"We were quite impressed with the work done. Although they weren't able to complete the shower it was not for a lack of trying. We have a walk in shower with Slate and Marble that has years of soap build up. The technician tried numerous remedies and called corporate to check before each one. The soap scum would not budge. Even after all that effort and time, Grout Works did NOT charge us for work they could not do. They were able to clean the rest of the natural stone and grout in the house which looks great. We have three German Shepherds who have done a number on the floors in our home, so we think the outcome looks fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
