We decided that, since he was coming anyway, to have the full shower polished as well as our marble floor. It was a two day job. Curt was meticulous in his work. He caulked some spots in the shower at no charge. Roger lent a hand on the second day in order for them to be done. There is a marked difference in our shower and floor. They look brand new!"

"He picked up the rugs. Kept in touch as to their progress, brought them back. Placed the hooked rug on the floor and took the two other rugs upstairs for storage, wrapped in plastic. The hooked rug was nice, fluffy and clean. Bet that he got a couple pounds of dirt out of it. The other rugs were filthy also. I didn't check them because the hooked rug was nice and I assumed that the other one's were too. They were thrift shop rugs. <br />"

"Brian arrived right on time, checked out the granite and gave us a price. We accepted the price and he sanded down several spots on the edges of the granite counter top. He then cleaned and sealed the kitchen granite. Very pleased with his work. He used a vacuum hose attached to the sander so no dust is released into the air. No cleanup needed after he left. The edges are as good as new with no nicks. Brian came out seven years ago and we were glad to have him come back. We'll probably need him again in another seven years or so."

"My mix up, I thought they were going to be here at noon to clean 2 rooms of carpet and pick up my antique rug to clean and bring back a few days later, instead it was anytime between 12-3 to pick up my antique rug, not clean my 2 rooms of carpet. Since I had already cleaned out 2 rooms of furniture so the carpet could be cleaned that day, they said they would work me in and clean my rooms by 3 pm. They showed up about 330 after getting caught in traffic coming across town. Two men showed up to clean the carpet, they had it done in no time, they speed cleaned the carpet. When I went to bed at 4am the carpet was still wet and sticky, before I could crawl in bed I had to wash my feet they were so dirty. I called the next day and ask if they could come back and clean it again, since it was still dirty. We agreed on Friday, I was too tired to do it again the next day, I have fibromyalgia and needed a day of rest before tackling it again. They had set my time on Friday as between 12-5. I called at noon to make sure we were thinking the same this day and yes they were planning on cleaning it again. They were to call one half hour before arrival. They called about 6pm and should arrive within the next half hour. They arrived a little before 7 because of traffic. The man was very nice and obviously wanted to keep me happy. He took a much longer time and cleaned the carpet again. He said he could see the dirt as he was cleaning. The carpet was considerably dryer than last time, by 11pm I could walk on the carpet in sock feet, so he did get more water out of the carpet. I will have to let you know how my antique rug works out. They had the best price for cleaning a rug by far, their charge for two rooms seemed a little high but I thought it equaled out. Overall so far I would say I'm satisfied, it was more work than I had planned for, doing everything twice, and a major pain. My house is still not put together, I have a long day tomorrow. <br /> Update: The owner and another man showed up with my rug ready to lay it in my room for me. I had not expected them to  help me lay it.  But instead they went the extra mile and showed up at 8pm with my rug wrapped up and ready to lay in the room. They used gloved to lay out the rug in the room, very professional. This is a 15 x 12 rug going into a 15 x 15 room so practically all of my furniture had to be moved and set on top of the rug. I thought it was very nice of them to go the extra mile and move all of my furniture, very nice. <br /> <br /> Overall I was very happy with my service and would recommend them and use them again."

"Excellent. The service team member was on time, professional and got right to work. We have two rooms of carpet cleaned about 600 square feet. It came out great, even the heavy traffic areas. We had not had it cleaned in several years. We also had all of the ceramic tile and grout flooring cleaned, about 400 square feet. This include an entryway, half bathroom, hallway and kitchen area. We had never had this cleaned before and it looks amazing. The grout color is gray and not black! Definitely would recommend and will be using again."
