"The design of our fence is unique and original due to Hal's artistry. We get lots of compliments on the looks and craftsmanship of the fence. Hal was good to work with. He was patient with us even though we changed our minds a couple of times during the process. He really wanted to be sure we were satisfied. He got the job done on time and everything was as expected. He checked back in with us later in the summer. There were a couple of decorative boards that had warped on the fence and he promplty replaced them. We liked working with Hal because of the personal touch he gave. You don't get that with the big companies, and our dogs love him too."

"Steamboat Plumbing's owner Luke Ewert exceeded my expectations! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, taking extra time to ensure I understood my new water softener's operation, including navigating cycles and settings. He also walked me through shutting down my cabin's plumbing system for the fall, allowing me to video record the process. Luke's clear explanations, patience, and personal touch made the experience seamless. His dedication to customers is impressive. I appreciated the opportunity to chat with him about his background and family, which added a nice touch to the service. I highly recommend Steamboat Plumbing and Luke Ewert for exceptional service, expertise, and customer care. I will definitely use Steamboat Plumbing again in the future!"

"This was an interesting concept, but the process was cumbersome, slow,
and ultimately not too helpful. My wife an I were stuck on what to do
with redecorating, so this seemed like a good idea. For us at least, it
was not productive. It took several attempts to get a response and when
we did get a response, it was sort of vague. A few color swatches, links
to a couple of pieces of furniture, and that was about it. Our goal was
to get started with this and then move on to one-on-one consulting with
them, but the initial interaction didn't motivate us to move
forward. It is by no means a rip off. They do what they say, it just
wasn't working for us. Maybe as the idea matures it will improve. I suspect that if they raised the price they might be able to offer a more beneficial initial process.

"I hired Jon for a bathroom remodel. He was over and gave me an estimate very quickly. He also helped me hire a carpenter to lay new flooring throughout the entire home. He did an amazing job and communication was excellent! Everything was done in a timely manner and he accomodated my every wish, including jobs in between that were not plumbing! Mind you, he did all this for me and I am 2000 miles away from the job location! He was trustworthy, professional, helpful beyond measure. I cannot say enough about my experience with this business and owner. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you for the perfect experience Jon!"
