"my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

"Richard was great he even found a water one problem that we didnâ t know about. He saved us from a big problem in the future. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for the great service."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"Tim Olives and his son Orion did an excellent job replacing and installing my new water heater! Tim explained the process in significant detail and with great patience to insure my full understanding. He and his son worked long and hard, and they did an exceptional job at a reasonable price! I will use this company for future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend Tim's company to others! I am extremely happy with his work! Thank you so much, Tim!"

"Brad was great. Fixed leaking outside faucet that was pouring water into our finished basement. Also fixed bathroom sink that also had a leak. He immediately knew what to do for both repairs and got right to it. He's on my call list!"
