Not only did they break my 65" Samsung Smart TV and refuse proper compensation, but they also displayed extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness throughout the entire process. The movers displayed a complete lack of respect and seemed disinterested in providing quality service. Their demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. The icing on the cake was their refusal to compensate me properly for the damages they caused. Their actions and lack of accountability demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
