"wish I could leave zero stars! Shoddy workmanship and mediocre at best materials. It took over 6 months to actually "finish" the bath room remodel. 3 defective vanity tops, plumbing parts needed replacement, shower doors had to be replaced as well. the vanity cabinet has crooked drawers. Everything, of course, was the fault of the manufacturer. I will be paying for this bathroom the rest of my life, only to regret it every single day! As a public service, I strongly encourage you to use a different company to not live with permanent regret and disappointment."

I was immediately made aware of changes due to supply chain disruption and other small mishaps that happen with renovation projects. John even made himself available to meet with an outside team (hot tub delivery crew) while I was out of the country. It's evident they take pride in their work and care about their clients.
