We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. "Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our deck/patio areas (500SF of stamped concrete, 400 SF of Eon composite decking). Decking: 20 yrs old. Stamped concrete: 30 yrs old. He power washed the surfaces with a 2700 PSI power washer. Pwr washing removed the loose sealer, dirt, dust etc. He applied terracotta red & brown Quikcrete color product (Home Depot or Amazon). He also applied the brown Quikcrete product to highlight the grout lines which gives the appearance of flagstone. He followed with 2 coats of Behr sealer & applied 303 Aerospace Protectant (Amazon) to the Eon deck. The 303 Product really brings the “oak color” & wood grain. Trevor also re-stained the Hot tub wood, wood bench, & vertical surfaces (posts, paneling etc). See the enclosed pics for details. Pay close attention to the Co Spgs weather. Sealers can take a few hrs to dry."

"Replaced our front deck last spring. In comparison to what it looked like originally, it is way better. Took twice as long as they estimated and the price creeped up incrementally, but hey, typical contractor. Now for the bad part...one of the boards they used was notched in multiple places leaving a splintered edge for any barefoot walker to injure their tender toes. Another board started peeling almost immediately and at best needs sanding and refinishing. At worst replacing. I called and they told me they had no way of knowing that the boards were bad when they installed them. Somehow that didn't help with the fact that the boards are indeed bad. I complained further to the actual owner. He said they'd come back and fix it this past spring. Guess what I got? Silence. As the other reviews suggest, try someone else if you want quality service and/or someone who knows good wood vs. bad."
