Because of this, we personally take responsibility for the quality of service brought to your roofing project. Our founding partners formed Bulldog Roofing after experiencing how the roofing companies they worked for failed their customers. We created a company with the firm belief of being true to our word. This has been the driving principle behind building our team. We only hire contractors that share these core beliefs, and we never run from our mistakes. If Bulldog is taking the project on it will be up to our standards or we will fix it.

"My roof replacement was an insurance claim. The owner personally made this first experience as painless as I think it could have been. Not only did he come to our home when the insurance adjuster was originally there to ensure the adjuster saw the damage he needed to and gave us a fair estimate, he practically completed every required step in the claim process, including, but not limited to, negotiating work/cost, providing required documentation, corresponding with the adjuster, and ensuring the adjuster got everything he needed in a timely fashion. The owner checked on progress and ensured our satisfaction. The roofers were courteous and professional and kept our homesite clean, which was important with 3 little kids and 2 dogs running around outside with the potential for roofing nails to be everywhere. They weren't. They kept the worksite picked up at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Faver Roofing."

"Our home has a fairly complex roof design with several gables and unusual angles so we were highly selective when we chose to use Pro Shield LLC. The communication and timeliness of this team from project start to completion was excellent. When questions arose or suppliers had issues Pro Shield was prompt in their responses and notifications. This team was also proactive in making sure that I understood the basic processes involved with tear off and replacement and were especially considerate when doing so insuring that furniture, plants, cars, and people were safe in the process. One of our trees was damaged when some materials slid off in a different direction and the Pro Shield team showed me the damage and provided an acceptable resolution. On the plus side, the Pro Shield team identified an area that was prone to leakage and what they did to mitigate and prevent any future leakage in that area. They also brought our vents up to code and provided guidance for other improvements."

"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."
