Our founding partners formed Bulldog Roofing after experiencing how the roofing companies they worked for failed their customers. We created a company with the firm belief of being true to our word. My rep was Alex Sharp and he was very knowledgeable with all aspects of what it takes to replace the damaged roof. He was in constant communication and was actually here for the walk through with the insurance adjuster as well as the day of the install. The company has excellent workers that did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the work done on my roof and the value it has given to my home. I would recommend this company to others."

"Our home has a fairly complex roof design with several gables and unusual angles so we were highly selective when we chose to use Pro Shield LLC. The communication and timeliness of this team from project start to completion was excellent. When questions arose or suppliers had issues Pro Shield was prompt in their responses and notifications. This team was also proactive in making sure that I understood the basic processes involved with tear off and replacement and were especially considerate when doing so insuring that furniture, plants, cars, and people were safe in the process. One of our trees was damaged when some materials slid off in a different direction and the Pro Shield team showed me the damage and provided an acceptable resolution. On the plus side, the Pro Shield team identified an area that was prone to leakage and what they did to mitigate and prevent any future leakage in that area. They also brought our vents up to code and provided guidance for other improvements."

"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."
