"My sister had Big Dog Roofing do her roof and it looks fantastic. She highly recommended them to me when she heard we wanted a new roof. I called them and within two days we had a quote, after comparing the quality of their materials with the quality of the materials from other quotes it was a no brainer. We went with them, Jason and Matt were in contact with us through the whole roofing process. If something wasn’t just the way thought we thought it should be, they made it so it was.We now have a beautiful roof with matching gutters and gutter guards. "Workers were very nice and explained what they would be doing each day. They were respectful and if something new popped up they would come to me and address it right away. Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. Just some back up reinforcement would be nice ð otherwise I'm pretty happy. Basement looks and smells a lot better. â ¤ï¸"
