His crew of 3 thoroughly power washed the entire 3,500 sf surface. The next day they carefully removed my rooftop pool heating system and sealed all penetrations and drain locations with Elastek 103 crack and joint sealant. The following day (Friday), they applied Lucas 8000 silicone and let it dry over the weekend. On Monday the crew returned to reinstall the rooftop pool heating system and repaired a number of cracks along the parapet wall.
