"Very well, he was able to locate the problem and repair it. I would definitely use this company again and refer it to my friends. Ask for Joe."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Their customer service was excellent. They're professional, honest and a joy to work with. They checked my washer and realized it would be better to purchase a new washer than spend unnecessary money trying to repair something that would cost more to repair than waste my money on something that would soon break again. I appreciate their honesty. The staff is excellent. I would be happy to recommend them anytimr."
