"My experience was frustrating and tested my patience. from April 2-12 I was promised a repair to my washer. Through many service calls, texts and phone calls it still was not repaired. Promised times of parts and visits were not honored. I was told that a prior technician that came out mis diagnosed the problem and that I would need more expensive parts. Ultimately on April 12th I paid the 69.00 Service fee and directed the technicians to put the washer back together and leave my house. Will tell everyone NOT to call this company for service! "
