As the president of our HOA, I’ve seen my fair share of companies come and go, but Chris’s team? Absolute legends. Their work isn’t just good, it’s phenomenal. Our community has never looked better, and I’m not just saying that because I get to strut around like the proud HOA prez I am. These guys are methodical, organized, and treat our grounds like it’s their own backyard. They even sniffed out leaks in our irrigation system that had been hiding like sneaky little gremlins for YEARS. Years, people! We’re talking Sherlock Holmes-level detective work, but with hedge trimmers instead of magnifying glasses. And can we talk about the care they put in? Every tree and bush looks like it’s been personally hugged by Chris himself. Our community’s curb appeal is through the roof, and I’m pretty sure even the birds are chirping louder just to show off the vibe. Chris and his team are the real deal, and I’m so impressed I’m planning to rave about them at the Lake Las Vegas presidential meeting. If that’s not a glowing endorsement, I don’t know what is. I was already like "He is the one to get this done, he knows his stuff". I did not see anyone else for estimates after. And he did not try to sell me on things we did not need which is a plus as well. Today the removal of that huge tree went so smoothly and fast. The stump grinding was excellent as well (he also did 3 extra small stumps for me). And now our back yard is clean and ready for us to do an add on the patio and artificial grass.
