"Anthony Ryan diagnosed my oven as needing a new control board and he ordered one for $281+. When it came in, he installed it in about 30-45 minutes. He said he tested it. I paid him $275 for the labor, and when he left, I tried it and it still did not heat. I have inundated his vm trying to get him to respond and complete the job. He does not call me. I am scheduled for my home inspection, which I told him about, and needed him to do the repair before then with NO response. I have paid him $556+ for an oven repair that did not correct the problem. I have tried to reach the office but can find NO PHONE for them. was supposed to receive an invoice for this, but have not been able to get one. I need this. Anthony gave such a nice appearance originally, but after I paid him, I could never get ahold of him again. This has been very hard on me. I am a disabled senior woman and needed him to finish the job he was paid for, as I am selling my home. I have been advised to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I guess I will need to do so if my oven is not fixed."
