This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

They brought the materials, and began work the following day. Within three days they were finished. Ryan Thomas and Amanda Sanchez were great. They both are A+ Excellent in customer service. They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded.
