"After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work. First, he responded very quickly to our request for an estimate, and when we chose his company, they were able to begin within a week or so. He understood the issues that we had in replacing a deck that had prematurely begun deteriorating, and his crew was able to replace about 80% of it while salvaging the parts that were still in good shape. Jay was also happy to fine-tune the minor tweaks that needed to be made after the old deck was demolished and the new one installed. Our project turned out to have more issues than he could anticipate, but he stood by his original price quote. He is trustworthy and provides what he promises.
