I called Rooter-Man back and they sent David out again and I had him snake the line and run a camera down it to see what the problem is. He was super helpful and even gave us a discount because I had cleared out a nice work area for him. We got a good idea of what was wrong with the line based on his camera and he explained it all to me while i videoed his camera display so I can take that to the offending companies and get them to fix what they screwed up in the first place. Might be a bit more expensive than what I was expecting but if I'd just had Dave do the snaking and cameraing in the first place it would have saved me a wasted $500 jetting, shown me the real issue with the sewer line, and an entire weekend of stress over what's wrong with the main sewer line."

"I called for this service because I was afraid my drain might become clogged after I kept hearing a "suspicious" noise. Thought it would be better to find out if there was a problem rather than wait until the basement flooded! When I called, Jason said he could come two days later, so I made the appointment. An hour later, he called and said he had a cancellation and did I want him to come right away. I did! He carefully tested each toilet and drain, but even though he heard the sound, he felt that it was only air in the pipes, nothing serious. To be sure, he checked the main drain, which needed to be cleaned out (10 years since the last time). I asked him to clean it, and he took care of it immediately. He was personable, professional and very efficient--returning the storage room to its original condition after the work, and charged a very reasonable amount for the job.
