She charged $65 to diagnose the issue, but this was applied back onto the final bill as a credit to the parts and labor. <br /> Crystal was on time, very knowledgeable and didn't mind my hovering while she had the machine apart to determine the problem. She was more than willing to answer my questions. <br /> Again, she was on time and well prepared to get the job done. She was kind to my disabled mother.
