Also, in regards to our basement, he brought a paint representative to examine our flooring since it had been sealed before incorrectly by a basement sealing company. "I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "
