"After researching and visiting numerous home remodeling companies, we visited the beautiful showroom of Fresh Remodel and met Andrea and Dasiel Duran. We were interested in remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom, with new flooring throughout the house, as well as new ceiling lights and new closet systems. Andrea was invaluable as an interior designer and planner, spending many hours with us reviewing and finalizing our plans as well as making certain we chose the right hardware, lights and material for the floors and the cabinets. As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. Dasiel was also able to quickly alleviate any concerns and kept the project on schedule. Andrea and Dasiel truly model their business on their slogan "Every Detail Counts". We are extremely happy with our "new" home and highly recommend Fresh Remodel for any construction needs."

"EXTREMELY HAPPY Di Luca Flooring & Design team was excellent. Dhya and Wil are awesome!They came in to look at the scope of work, we discussed a price point and the timeframe of the renovation. They said a week and the project was indeed completed to our satisfaction in a week! Dhya was so accommodating and walked us patiently through the project. Wil was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. There was no mess! Wil showed up on time, covered the floor in the work area, worked the project, and cleaned up every evening. The finished product turned out amazing I love it! When I go into my bathroom I always have a big smile! I loved it so much I had them come back to do my daughter’s bathroom. "Our kitchen remodel morphed into a full blown home renovation, with the help and guidance of Ariel. Not only are you getting a general contractor, but a designer as well. He was a great sounding board for all of my ideas and was able bring everything on paper to life in a quality fashion. If the concept was “doable”, then he’d get it done. We appreciated the thought and precision with which he executed all phases of the renovation, as we were still living in our home during construction. He made it as painless as possible, thinking of our needs first. I did do a lot of legwork, picking out fixtures and hardware, but that was my choice. He has a full selection of materials at his office and has worked with most of the products out there, from low to high-end. We had lots of items on backorder due to high demand and COVID, but this did not deter him or his crew from getting work accomplished. He is timely, his crews are timely, and both are a pleasure be around. Yes, there was a mess here and there, but it’s CONSTRUCTION! All in all, they were very tidy and cleaned up each day. An important factor with any working relationship, construction or otherwise, is communication. Ariel communicated and recapped progress and upcoming needs each and every day. He is extremely organized and his work ethic is impeccable. This translates to his teams of workers who have been with him for many years. I’ve read in other reviews that there were issues of miscommunication and work done that wasn’t what the owner wanted, but I don’t see how this is possible when you lay out exactly what you want, do your research, and ask questions appropriately as we did. Be clear with your vision, style, materials you like (and DONT like), and it will be a great experience. Again, this should be practiced in all aspects of business, not just construction! "Me and my wife decided to finally bite the bullet in today’s economy and remodel our whole home. We started in the entertainment area where most of our family spends its time together. Me and my wife had talked about putting up a stone wall for the longest time and during that time it wasn’t affordable and no one was really doing accent walls like that. Fast forward to today I looked at a couple of offers for about a week or two, and in comes Anthony and Matt they had already came highly recommended by Angie’s list and Floor and Decore. They came to my home quoted me for the stone wall it was a bit higher than the other quotes but around the same price work wise on their way out noticed my pool room wall decore of Miami Dolphins. As they are both leaving out the front door tells me “Listen I’ll work on your house but under one condition you let me bag that wall. I asked why? The man said I’m a Jets fan and Matt is an Eagles fan” I said uff! And hired them on the spot. They built an amazing wall that me and my wife are in love with till this day. At that point, we decided let’s remodel the Master Bathroom next to the kitchen it was the only part of the house that was still Original from 1996. So I could think of no other but Anthony and Matt they turned our bathroom from an dated dud into a Masterpiece. We incorporated everything we wanted (mostly wife) into this Master Bathroom and it came out amazing. It was truly a joy watching Anthony, Matt and Justin work on this project and how incredible it was to see them do what they are best at Matt is like me a perfectionist and all about right angles, Justin takes his time but makes sure tile and flooring is all leveled and cut precisely and Anthony keeps everything flowing and working properly and gets stuff done. Always asking me and my wife at different stoping points what he recommends and what he sees. I would and have already recommended this team of guys to friends and family and would definitely hire them again."
