"Based on our experience, DL Flooring and Design is an excellent company to deal with. Their installers did an outstanding job installing 2' X 2' heavy marble tile in our master bedroom. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. The work was done on time, as promised, and the price was fair and competitive. When a problem (of my own making) arose, they handled it promptly, professionally, and, at no additional cost. My wife and I could not be happier with the result, as the images attached will show. I am an avid DYIer with extensive tiling experience and equipment, but I am glad that we elected to hire DL Flooring professionals for this job, because of the size, weight, and material of the marble. When we have another large area tiling job, they will be the company we hire, without reservation."

"For years, I have put off renovating my house because I could not find a good company. I finally made the decision to, and work with Serrano Renovations and I couldn t have been happier. They are affordable, quick, helpful, and very versatile. The entire team was very polite, and cleaned up at the end of every day. They made it possible for me to live in my house while they completely redid it. If you are on the edge of making a decision to start a project, go with Serrano Renovations, you will be glad you did."

"If we could give Amos Luzon 10 stars we would! He was thorough, professional, and cared about getting the job done in a timely fashion. He also answered the phone himself, (no automation) when we called him, what a concept these days. So refreshing, and so easy. If you want the job done right, call Amos Luzon, a true professional."

"Cramer Contractors guided me step by step through the permitting process and provided amazing work on the condo renovation. "Paul and his team are amazing. They did the work timely and professionally. And when something hidden from view was discovered, they explained what was unexpectedly found, provided us with information and options and then just handled it without missing a beat or taking longer to complete the job. I can’t think of anyone else I would trust with any work at my house - from the smallest job to a whole house renovation. I referred a friend in Southwest Ranches whose prior contractor created a massive nightmare and ignored the plans. Paul and his Prestige crew went in and turned their nightmare into their dream home. If you want it done correctly, on budget and on time, call Paul and Prestige!"

"We purchased our apartment from Prive - Aventura, and Daniel was responsible for all the changes we made to our unit. Everything was done within the specified time frame and we were very happy with the result."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos Fernandez and his team from Builders of America for a rental property project, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their work. They handled a range of tasks including painting common areas, replacing all soffit vents, and performing various electrical repairs. From start to finish, Carlos and his team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The quality of the painting was exceptional, with clean lines and a flawless finish that really brightened up the space. The soffit vents were replaced efficiently, and the electrical work was completed to a high standard, ensuring everything was up to code and functioning properly. What stood out most was their attention to detail and their commitment to getting the job done right. They communicated effectively throughout the project, provided timely updates, and were responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, Builders of America exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Carlos Fernandez and his team for any construction or renovation needs. Their skill, reliability, and dedication make them a standout choice."
