He didn?t clean the edges or end caps of the roof above the gutters (only the tops of the tiles), damaged my vegetation, etched my brass landscape lighting and stainless grill with chlorine (pictures below). I informed the owner Jeremy of the issues and sent pictures, and his response was to rely on his oppressive ?terms and conditions of agreement? that he makes all of his customers sign (should have been a big warning for me). I asked him to refund the $500 that I paid for the subpar work, because I had to hire the company doing my neighbor?s roof to finish the edges and caps that he did not do ($150), buy new tops for my landscape lights ($90) and have 9 plants in a schefflera hedge replaced ($280).
