"We purchased an Angie's List Deal for 4 hours of wood rot repair labor for $200.  <br>Albert called same day to schedule the job. He arrived on the scheduled repair date on time and was very personable. We walked the property and pointed out the problem areas. Unfortunately, Albert indicated he did not have the appropriate equipment on his truck and he would need to reschedule for a later date when he could bring out a taller ladder. Albert was not able to reschedule prior to leaving town for another project and indicated it would be at least a month before he could come back. We did not want to wait and so we cancelled the deal.  <br> <br>I do want to add that Albert was very helpful in providing advice on an area where we had some prior work done. He recommended a product but could not remember the name so he went to Home Depot that day and sent me a picture of the product along with instructions to install. We really appreciate him going out of his way to do that for us.  <br> <br>I would recommend and use Albert for future projects.   <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"<p>We had them remodel our kitchen several years ago and were so pleased we asked them to remodel our master bathroom.  They are always punctual, from the initial home visit to estimate the project through the entire remodel.  They do everything they can to minimize any inconvenience.  There is never a mess and once the job is finished you would never know they were there except for the incredible transformation.  The workmanship is exceptional.  Bill and his sons continually checked with us to make sure we were happy with the work.  During the remodel we had a door that needed to be replaced and we decided to add storm doors.  They picked up the doors from where we purchased them and installed them, even bothering to return one for us that was shipped in the wrong color, arranged for the correct one to be shipped and made another trip to pick up the door for the install.</p> <p>Our master bath is up to date, beautifully done and a pleasure to spend time in.  </p> <p>We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them when we decide on our next home project.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
