"This company was recommended by a neighbor who was very pleased with their work. A tech came out and gave us information on the units they sell and explained them all. We set a date for install and they were prompt in arrival and had the job completed in two days. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the workers and the units we had put in. The day after the unit was completed, I had a problem with the thermostat and the tech was out immediately to take care of the problem.We've had the units a year now, and can't rave enough about having a Trane. The house keeps even heat and cooling throughout, which is great since we have an open loft on the second floor, which had been stifling in the summer and cold in the winter. I highly recommend Jack McManis heating. Excellant service."

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"Mr. Gross, the electrician, arrived early on the Labor Day holiday morning even when we had not established a specific time to meet and surveyed my requirement for a new circuit for the outdoor spa. He left to go pickup a weather-proof switch which was required by code and returned quickly. He immediately set to work stringing the probably 50 feet of wiring underneath the house and up to the gazebo where the spa is located. He installed the circuit breaker, wire, weather proof switch and connected it to the spa in probably less than 1 hour. All of the outside wiring was installed according to NEC and attached underneath the gazebo in a very professional, workman-like manner. I could not ask for better workmanship or more professional work. I have additional things I need down and will not hestiate to call on Quality Electric again in the near future. <br />"
