"Troy was very upbeat and personable. He made sure the whole process created the least possible inconvenience for my wife and me. He did have to cut a hole in the ceiling in the basement to get the new plumbing through, but was able to do it where a light fixture was located. I simply replaced the old light fixture with a slightly larger one which completely covers the hole. It was a very difficult and time consuming job, yet Troy was actually able to complete the job under budget! The original bid was $1600.00 and he was able to complete the job for $1400.00. "Awesome service. We are new to Idaho Falls and I called over 5 plumbers and left messages - no one has called back. I spoke to another company who would charge a $49 service fee to come out and then if they did the work that fee would be applied However, they couldn't give me an approximate price to snake my drain. "<p>the leak was a drip at an elbow on the softener cold water feed. it had dripped a long time as it didn't show until the sheetrock was</p> saturated and mold started. I opened the ceiling and the wall and located how for it had run giving me a good look at the zigzag <br /> <br />placement of the water line when the softener was installed. "<p>My basement was an absolute disaster! I called Sweet's & they responded right away staying till around 2:30 am to make sure everything had been cleaned up & disinfected. After about a week of running fans to dry everything out, they did the restoration work in my basement which took about a week or so to complete. They told me that I could go to Lowe's & pick out new fixtures, doors, etc. The restoration work turned out nice, although the quality of the materials used were less expensive than the original building materials. (My house was built in the 1960s, so it had natural pine doors & wood moldings that were replaced with MDF.)</p> <p>Then, I got the bill! Yes, it was costly but Richard at Sweet's negotiated with the insurance adjuster and after 9 months my insurance company finally paid.</p> <p>What I most impressed with was Sweet's immediate response to an "after hours" emergency and their patience in getting paid.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"This is the second time we have called them. the first time they just put a tube from the water softener back into it's drain pipe. they did not even charge for it. (One of them is friends with my brother). <br /> This time we had no drains in the house. turned out that there was a clog between the house and street which made it necessary to dig up the pipe between the house and street and replace the pipe, unfortunately a very large, expensive repair. They got the work done very quickly with the least possible damage to the front yard. Most other contractors would have been much less careful digging up the pipe and made much more of a mess. Many others would have forced her to replace the sewer pipe all the way to the main sewer line in the middle of the street, making it a much bigger, more expensive job. <br /> This was not an inexpensive repair, but it was necessary. My mother could have been taken advantage of by making the job bigger than it needed to be or dragging it out. Most would not have done the job as neatly as it was done. <br /> Kudos to these guys. I hope they get all the work they want. <br />"
