They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I already gave American Home Pros a 5-star review when they completed the job, which also included extensive stucco repair and replacement of rotten wood. Now, I want to praise their exceptional customer service. About 3 months after completion something happened to damage some of our paint. It was not a warranty issue, but American Home Pros immediately responded to my plea to have a technician complete the repair, so that we could maintain the high quality exterior they had given us. They scheduled the job promptly, did an amazing job, and Alex could not have been more competent or professional. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!"

"I submitted a work request to Angi, and Sav-On was the first and only contractor to contact me. They then came out later that day to provide an estimate and then started the job as soon as weather permitted. Sav-On repaired and replaced some would/fiber siding in one day and I am satisfied with the work they did."

"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. I gave him some extra cash as an expression of my gratitude. I have several work related needs for paint contractors and I plan to use him from now on. "Rob responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Others said it would be a week or three. Rob spent an hour or so inspecting my roof and suggested I contact my insurance due to hail damage and offered to return to go over it with the insurance adjuster, which he did. When I received the insurance estimate it seemed rather low so I sent it to Rob to review. When I emailed my insurance adjuster with Rob's review they quickly discovered their mistake. Rob saved me $2715! The 3 roofers were very friendly and did a terrific job. The roof looks fantastic! I especially liked the way they sealed around the fireplace chimney on the patio roof. I'll never have to tar it again! This is definitely a 5 star company!"

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.
