"Excellent service. Paint crew worked tirelessly for two days power washing, scraping, caulking, and then finally painting. They met and exceeded my expectations. Gutter crew installed covers and rehung two gutters that were flowing the wrong way (a problem that a previous company failed to correct). So far (<1 month), the covers and the repair seem to be working. Pricing and scheduling were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use JD Hostetter & Associates again."

"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. "We purchased this home about 10 months ago. Just under a year ago, All American did a full new roof installation (home seller left the receipt for us). When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). Knowing this, Brad sent a worker to make the repair (new boot and shingle sheet) even though they were NOT responsible for the inadequate install of the prior boot. "Shane met with me right away and gave me an estimate the day he inspected the roof. He also sent me a proposal per e-mail. My husband and I were impressed with his responsiveness and felt that it was a very fair estimate. We based our decision on the price and how quickly the company we hired could get to the job, but it was also important to us that we were dealing with a family business that had a history of good encounters and problem solving when things go wrong. Also we wanted to be sure that shingles were hand nailed (instead of a gun). It went really well. It took 2 days due to the decking underneath the present roof no longer was good, and all of it had to be replaced. I wasn't surprised that the decking needed replaced due to having some leakage around the chimney when we had a hard rain. Shane's employees are hard workers....I think that they only stopped to eat lunch and then they were back to work. The first day they worked until sundown. It was a beautiful job and we were extremely happy with the finished product. You can't go wrong using Roof Master."

Their repair team out the following Thursday with a new vent, shingles, and repair items and performed the repair within an hour.
